Dianne Licatese

Since starting my practice, my mother has served in the critical role of Office Manager. "Mom", as always, is a lifesaver and has been my whole life. From day-one, Mom has gone "back to school" and learned everything there is to know about insurance companies and medical billing. If there is ever a question about your insurance coverage, Dianne is the one to ask.

Melanie Byrnes

Melanie “stepped up to the plate” when we needed a replacement for my mother in the office. She took like a fish to water to the role and decided to stick around on a more permanent basis. Melanie’s resume including running her own business and having various secretarial positions made her ideal for the job but it is her smile and friendly, caring demeanor that wins you over. I look forward to having Melanie around for a long time.

Brianna Favata

Brianna or "Bri" as she likes to be called, has been an amazing addition to our office. Bri was a student of mine and her intelligence and attention to detail (type A personality) drew me to her as a potential for the job. As a bonus she was also a great girl and has taken like a fish to water to the position and has quickly become the "office sweetheart" to anyone who has gotten to know her. Brianna plans on interning with us until she eventually uses her degree to pursue a career as a physician's assistant.
